Pashang

From Chinese 爬上 (páshàng), meaning 'to mount' or 'to climb on.' In Belter Creole, it evolved into a general-purpose sexual/obscene expletive. Reflects the multicultural origins of Belt colonists.

Used throughout The Expanse TV series. Part of the fully developed Belter Creole constructed language.

Functions identically to real-world strong profanity. The Chinese linguistic root gives it authenticity as a creole-language development.

Consistent expletive throughout the series. Used in compounds like 'pashangwala' (a more extreme variant).
